Short communication channels, flat hierarchies and an open door policy – this is also reflected in the design of the working environment at MESTO. Across all departments and hierarchical levels, we work in modern, spacious and attractively designed open-plan offices. In addition to our state-of-the-art canteen, there are generously equipped rooms and seating areas everywhere for quick chats.
All workplaces are ergonomically designed, with additional screens and height-adjustable desks. We usually conduct meetings standing up. And, of course, we are – if work permits – also flexible in terms of working from home, flexitime and individual arrangements.

Social Commitment

In addition, the owner-managed family business has been cooperating closely with the sheltered workshops 'Theo-Lorch-Werkstätten' for many decades. And supports the charity 'Deutsche Cleft Kinderhilfe (DCKH)' as well as numerous associations in Freiberg am Neckar, where the company and production site are located.
