Vocational training & internships
Optimal starting conditions
Your cornerstone for a successful career start.
Our trainees and interns get to know the world of work in a professional and quality-oriented family business.
From industrial mechanics, warehouse clerks to commercial employees – we work with our junior employees to develop their individual strengths and open up numerous prospects for a successful start to their careers following their vocational training.
Interesting internships
Great opportunities for schoolchildren and students: Each year, MESTO awards up to eight internships in the commercial and technical sector. Depending on their future career aspirations, our interns get to know the areas of internal sales, purchasing, accounting, process optimization, warehousing and shipping or manufacture small metal objects.
Vocational training
Industrial training: Are you interested in technology and have a practical skill set? Then perhaps vocational training as an industrial mechanic is something for you! You will learn the fundamentals of mechanical engineering and even manufacture your own workpieces.
Commercial education
Do you want to work in an office later on, get to know the administration of our owner-managed company and work abroad one day? Then take a look at whether vocational training as an industrial clerk or warehouse specialist appeals to you.
