The spray pattern is uneven / the nozzle is dripping – what can I do?
Check whether the nozzle is clogged. You can easily disassemble and clean it. Also make sure that the swirl insert is in place, as it is responsible for atomizing the liquid. In some cases, there may still be air trapped in the hose. To remove it, hold the spray lance upright and press the shut-off valve to allow the air to escape.
My sprayer is not building up pressure – what can I do?
If the sprayer does not build up pressure, the most common cause is a defective seal kit. In this case, you should replace the seals on the pump. Suitable replacement seal kits are available directly from our shop.
My older sprayer, such as a Rekord or Praktikus, is not building up pressure – what can I do?
In most cases, this is caused by a worn pressure valve disc. You should replace it. Suitable spare parts are available directly from us. In our online shop, you will find various valve discs:
- Pressure valve disc, FPM
- Valve disc with pin, NBR
- Valve disc with pin, FPM
- Valve disc with pin, EPDM
