How can I return items ordered from the online shop?

Did you order from our online shop and would like to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal to return the goods in whole or in part?

To ensure a fast and free processing of your return, we recommend the following procedure: Please register your return using this form. Our customer service team will then get back to you with further instructions.

Please note: We only accept unused products in their original packaging with all accessories included. Please do not send us any items you ordered through one of our specialist dealers, as we are unable to accept these shipments.

How can I exchange an item I ordered?

For orders in our online shop, you have a 14-day right of return. You can register your return using this form. Would you like a replacement delivery? Feel free to place a new order in our online shop.

Can I send the device in for repair?

If desired, we will collect defective devices from you free of charge during the warranty period and repair them. After this period, you can send the device in by prior arrangement. We will carefully inspect it and send you a cost estimate in advance.

What does statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) mean?

If a product is already broken or defective at the time of purchase, you as the buyer have legally mandated rights. Your rights in case of defects:

Repair
Replacement delivery
Price reduction
Withdrawal from the contract (money back)

The statutory warranty only applies to defects that were already present at the time of purchase – not to damage you caused yourself.

How long does the statutory warranty last and which products are covered?

Within the EU, the law stipulates a statutory warranty period of two years. This statutory warranty applies to our battery-powered devices. For all other products, we additionally offer a voluntary warranty of three years.

What does a manufacturer's warranty (Garantie) mean?

A manufacturer's warranty is a voluntary promise made by the manufacturer or seller – unlike the statutory warranty, there is no legal obligation to offer one. The scope, duration, and conditions are determined by the warranty provider itself, such as which damages are covered or how long the warranty lasts.
