How do I find the spare parts for my device on the website?

You can find the spare parts for your device in the spare parts diagram on your device's product detail page. Simply scroll down to the "Spare parts" section. All available spare parts are linked there, so you can conveniently order them in the online shop.

Can I still get spare parts for older devices?

Yes, we still offer the right spare parts for older devices too. We guarantee the availability of all parts for a full 20 years.

Whether a seal kit is available for your device can be found in the spare parts diagram, which also shows you the corresponding item number. You'll find the diagram either on your device's product page or in the Download Center under "Service".
