Which payment methods are available in the online shop? 

In the MESTO online shop, you can generally pay by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and PayPal (also without an account via direct debit under "Pay with credit or debit card"). When paying by credit card, your credit card account is charged when the goods are shipped.

How high are the shipping costs for my order?

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95 per order to Germany and €7.95 to all other countries. We deliver free of charge for orders over €100.00.

How long is the delivery time?

Orders received by our internal sales team before 11 a.m. are processed and shipped the same day. Delivery time within Germany is 3–5 days. If an item is not in stock, processing will be delayed and the delivery time will be 7–8 business days.

For deliveries to other European countries, delivery time may be 7 or more business days.

How can I track my shipment?

You can conveniently track your package with the shipping carrier – they'll keep you updated on the delivery status by email.

How do I find the nearest dealer?

Would you prefer to buy the product from a local dealer rather than in our online shop? On the respective product page in our shop, under "Where to buy," you can see which dealers offer the device.
